My New Baby! It's a ....

In the spring of 2004, I gave birth for the first time to a baby girl, weighing 4 lbs 7 ounces.  While that delivery was much earlier than expected, I now have a sense that she came in right on time for what she was meant to teach me, her dad and others.

I had hoped to give birth again during the spring, the season of new life and blossoms.  And now I have, just in time for Mother's Day.  The timing couldn't be any more perfect.  This time my bundle of joy comes in the form of a new book, Messages from Children and What They Can Teach Grown-ups.

It is a collection of eighty-eight timely and powerful messages for self-healing, personal growth and leading a more meaningful existence. It shows us how to power up our intuitive sense, pay attention to what really matters, and cultivate our creative energies. It serves as a reminder that every person is an expression of divine love and a gift to this world.

Available on Amazon and at Balboa Press Bookstore (E-books).  (A portion of royalties and direct sales from May-Steptember 2013 will go to One Fund Boston in honor of 8-year old Martin Richard's message, "No more hurting people.  Peace.")

Special thanks to my publisher, Balboa Press for translating my vision into a beautiful reality.  Thank you for another wonderfully smooth publishing process. www.balboapress.com

To Gerry Gavin, author of Messages from Margaret, for being a source of clarity in my quest for deeper spiritual understanding.  Margaret's words, "Your book by the way brings people back to the original message; unless ye become like children" was a delightful confirmation of my intention with this book.  Special thanks to you both.  To find out more about Gerry and his Angel Margaret, visit www.gerrygavin.com.

To Christine Kloser, whose Transformational Author's program offered much inspiration and guidance in the evolution of this book.  You are a great teacher.  Much gratitude to you and all the presenters in this program for a wealth of knowledge.  www.ChristineKloser.com, www.PebblesInThePond.com

To Bernadette Warwick and Irma Gendreau, for being midwives for my soul as I birthed this book.  Thank you for your open hearts, open minds and loving guidance.

To the young women at the Grafton Job Corp., for allowing me to accompany you in your growth and healing.  Your openness and honesty influenced my transparency in this book.  Whenever I thought of deleting something that seemed "too" personal, I recalled how deeply you touched me and each other by sharing your complete truth in our sacred circle.

To Rev. Laura Goodwin, for giving me the words, "You are God's beloved child.  Be what you have been called."  Thank you for being a source of clarity and direction." www.standrewsgrafton.org

To Subhash Cheeda of Cheeda Art in Punjab, India.  Thank you for the beautiful drawing of my daughter.  You are an amazing artist.  Thank you for sharing your craft with a spirit of love.  www.cheedaart.com

To my daughter, my husband, extended family and friends who bless my life, thank you for your unconditional love and unwavering support.

And to my clients and readers, thank you for your openness and the opportunity to share my heart with you.

My intention with this book is to help you to begin to take a closer look at your life.  Whether you practice a traditional religion or view spirituality in a more universal way, know that our Creator loves you as a loving parent loves their child. Life is not a struggle when you are aligned with your essential purpose in our world, which is to be the truest expression of yourself.

Seek to know the truth of who you are.  Live with integrity, intention and purpose.  Walk in the direction of your inscribed dream--that which feeds your soul.  Unleash your greatest potential, practice gratitude and generosity of spirit.  And then relax into the arms of grace and just be.

Love and Blessings,

Kathleen
