Why Do We Need Angels?

Messages from Margaret: A Book Review

"This is the period where humankind, and other species, will become so aware of their connection to the light that they will no longer need to grow by struggling with the duality of energy and will grow only by expanding the light."

-from Messages from Margaret
by Gerry Gavin

If you are in a place of struggle and still trying to figure it all out, through "down-to-earth angelic advice," Messages from Margaret allows you to see that change is possible for you and the world we live in.

Writing has always allowed me to journey within the depths of myself.  It has been my way of communicating with God/Source/Truth since I was a child.  And while I have a vast collection of angels, why talk to guardian angels or spirit guides when I can go directly to the Source, I had often wondered.

Well...on January 13th of this year I went to bed and woke up at 3:11 am with my heart racing and words in my head that were too much for me to contain.  There was also a strong sense that Gerry Gavin was one of the persons I was meant to share these words with.  While I had heard of Messages from Margaret, I didn't have any personal interaction with Gerry and didn't know the contents of his book.  Because my heart was beating so rapidly for no apparent reason, despite my efforts to calm and center myself through prayer, meditation and other tools that I use and teach to others, my need to ask for guidance over-rode my apprehension about what a complete stranger might think of me.  I sent Gerry a message through Facebook and Margaret held a message for me.

As Margaret confirms through Gerry, we don't have to struggle or have it all figured out, we only have to recognize our divine nature and be open to seeing that same divinity in others.  Judgment is unneccessary.

Typically, I don't read the Acknowledgments of any book, but in this case I wanted to know more about Gerry Gavin.  I was able to see his sincerity of heart in these pages and intellectually-speaking, felt even more at ease about my personal exchanges with him.

Psalm 91:11 says, "For he shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways."  It seems that angels keep us connected to the truth and remind us of the extraordinary and often hidden depths within ourselves.  The truth is what Margaret seeks to share through Gerry and anyone else willing to listen. The truth lies within each of us.

Seek to expand the light.  Blessings to you.

I did not receive this book through Hay House because I was in the process of reading a different book for review purposes.  But when I looked through the pages on Amazon, I immediately felt that there was something greater at work here and purchased this book on my own.
