Be The Light

This gorgeous picture was taken by my friend, Jeannie Feola.

Deepak Chopra once spoke about  the "re-creation of our bodies" during the process of breathing.  As we breathe out, we release particles and, in turn, we breathe in atoms that were once a part of another living source.  He remarked that many of the atoms that were once in the body of Christ or Buddha, for example, are present in our bodies today because of this "recycling"  that occurs with our breath and our oneness with all creation.

We often refer to Chirst, Buddha and other great spiritual teachers as the enlightened ones.  We forget that we are all of the same Infinite Source.  We are embodied; yet, our human minds have great potential to unlock many universal mysteries.  We often seek to understand so that we can clarify what is truth.

I love that Mahatma Ghandi says to "be the change you want to see in the world."  I would like to offer that we also be the love and the light that we often seek.

Love to everyone,
